The Karcher BR 45/22 is a compact, convenient and effective scrubber dryer. It offers an effective floor cleaning machine for large areas, and the practical and manoeuvrable rotating scrubbing head design allows it to clean in tight spaces, around furniture, fittings and other obstacles without any trouble.

These floor scrubber dryers feature a 450mm roller brush, 22 litre fresh and waste water tanks, a vacuum, sweeping feature and a squeegee. These units effectively scrub and sweep the floor clean, and then dry the floor, in a single pass. The high contact pressure of the brush assists the removal of stubborn dirt, and ensures excellent cleaning results even on rough floor coverings and in crevices. The scrubbing brush head can be turned 200° in either direction thanks to KART steering technology (Kärcher Advanced Response Technology), allowing you to clean in tight spaces, around furniture and other obstacles easily.
